What is a Ping Pong Loyalty Card
and how do I get one?

For every £1.00 spent you get 1 point. For every 50 points collected you get £1.00 to spend at any of our participating Restaurants*. When you save points worth £25.00 on your card, you will automatically receive an email voucher to spend and the points will be deducted from your card. Then you can start saving again using the same card!

You can spend your points whenever you like, just as soon as you have 50 points which are worth £1.00. Points can be used for full or part payment on your bill. (We will be expanding this scheme to all our restaurants very soon!). And how incredible - it's is free to join, so order your very own Ping Pong Loyalty Card here!

Each month there will be an offer online exclusively for Loyalty Card holders to enjoy - Simply click on to the Loyalty Card Offer Area to view the details. Enjoy the offer as many times as you wish in the month it is valid. On top of that you will also receive exclusive invitations and deals!

How do I collect points with my
Loyalty Card?

Once you have registered your card online, you can start collecting points every time you visit any participating Ping Pong Restaurant*. When you pay the bill, simply hand your card to your waiter or waitress who will swipe the card and return it with your receipt. You will also get a print-out on your receipt showing you how many points you have collected to date. You get points on your entire bill receipt.

Why is it just available
at selected Ping Pong Restaurants?

We are launching initially in selected sites and will then be launching it in all our restaurants. The card you register will be valid for all Ping Pong restaurants when the scheme is rolled out. You won't have to re-register or do anything. We will notify you by email when the scheme is rolled out.

How do I spend my points?

As soon as you have collected £1.00 or more, which you will be able to see on your receipt each time you visit, you can spend your points just like cash on anything in the participating Restaurants.* This also includes tea retail products in the restaurants, in addition to any food items, set menus and drinks from our menus.

Can I use my points online to
order a takeaway or delivery - or
purchase items from the Ping Pong
retail shop online?

Sorry, unfortunately you cannot use your points online at present, so this currently means that they are not valid with any order paid for online. This includes takeaway and delivery plus the online retail shop. Also at present, you will not be able to collect points from orders placed online.

How do I check my point balance?

There will be a Loyalty Card point statement printed at the bottom of your receipt which will tell you how many points you have collected and what they are worth to spend in the participating Restaurants.* You can also check your balance when you visit a restaurant and ask a member of the team to check your point balance.

What happens if my card is lost,
stolen or damaged?

If your card is lost, stolen or damaged we can send you a replacement card - Simply click here to order a new card.

How do I receive the monthly
offers and how do I redeem them in
the restaurants?

Monthly offers will be advertised in the Loyalty Card Area on the website. You may also receive an email newsletter. To redeem, simply print off the voucher and present when you order, or if you don't want to present a voucher, then simply present your loyalty card and tell your server that you wish to enjoy the offer available. It is as simple as this! Please note terms and conditions will apply with offers; they will be clearly displayed.

What happens if my personal details
change?
