Collecting Points

Spending your points

  • When you have saved £1.00 worth of points or over, you are able to purchase anything in the participating Restaurants including food, drinks, set menus, retail items and takeaway items.
  • To spend your points simply hand to your server when presented with your restaurant bill and ask for the points to be deducted. Alternatively if you are purchasing a tea retail item or a takeaway in a restaurant, simply let the cashier know that you would like to pay using the points that you have available.
  • You can use your points as payment towards your bill - you do not need to have the full amount - we will deduct the points you have on your card and you can pay the balance remaining via usual accepted methods of payment.
  • Your point balance will be clearly displayed each time you make a payment and present your Ping Pong Loyalty Card.
  • When you have reached a maximum of £25.00 on your card, you will automatically receive an email voucher. No greater amount than £25.00 is allowed on any one card. If the voucher is not used within the time period, then it cannot be re-issued email vouchers are governed by their own terms and conditions..
  • Redeemed points cannot be used again.
  • Points cannot be transferred from one account to another.
  • Points can be used in conjunction with other discounts and promotions available, however, if an item is complimentary then no points will be collected. If any item is reduced in any way - the reduced amount will be eligible for point collection and not the price pre-reduction.
