Ping Pong Loyalty Card

• Anyone who registers a card can join. The Ping Pong Loyalty Card is promoted by Ping Pong limited (company reg. number 5126756)
• All Ping Pong Loyalty Cards belong to Ping Pong.
• Is only valid at the Ping Pong Restaurants* listed and is not valid elsewhere.

• Your Ping Pong Loyalty Card is personal to you. We do not issue additional cards for your account.
• We can take any action we consider appropriate if we have reason to believe that you are abusing the scheme.
• Ping Pong can cancel or withdraw the scheme or any individual card at any time.
• We will not exchange points for cash.
• We can change the terms and conditions of the scheme. We will always give notice of changes on www.pingpongdimsum.com.
• Data protection. We will never give your details to anyone outside Ping Pong Limited without your consent. We will analyse your visit history to help us understand our customers' shopping habits and to improve our service. Unless you indicate that you would prefer otherwise, we will contact you by post, telephone and email with offers and information about products and services of interest to you and your family.

Collecting Points

• You will receive points on any expenditure at any participating Ping Pong Restaurants* . This includes any retail items or a takeaway purchased in a restaurant. Unfortunately you will not be able to collect points for any on line purchases. Simply present your Loyalty Card when making your payment and your points will be added automatically.
• You will receive 1 point for every £1.00 spent. 50 points are worth £1.00 to spend at any of our participating Restaurants*. Points cannot be redeemed for cash neither can they be used for online purchases. We might change the number of points you collect on products and services. This will be displayed on www.pingpongdimsum.com.
• When you have reached a maximum of £25.00 on your card, you will automatically receive an email voucher worth £25.00. No greater amount than £25.00 is allowed on any one card. Email vouchers will be governed by their own terms and conditions. If the voucher is not used within the time period, then it cannot be re-issued. Then you can start saving again using your same card!

Spending your points

When you have saved £1.00 worth of points or over, you are able to purchase anything in the participating Restaurants including food, drinks, set menus, retail items and takeaway items.

To spend your points simply hand to your server when presented with your restaurant bill and ask for the points to be deducted. Alternatively if you are purchasing a tea retail item or a takeaway in a restaurant, simply let the cashier know that you would like to pay using the points that you have available.

You can use your points as payment towards your bill - you do not need to have the full amount - we will deduct the points you have on your card and you can pay the balance remaining via usual accepted methods of payment.

Your point balance will be clearly displayed each time you make a payment and present your Ping Pong Loyalty Card.

Redeemed points cannot be used again.

Points cannot be transferred from one account to another.

Points can be used in conjunction with other discounts and promotions available, however, if an item is complimentary then no points will be collected. If any item is reduced in any way - the reduced amount will be eligible for point collection and not the price pre-reduction.
