Dim Sum for breakfast - surely not? Well, it's quite usual in China, but don't worry, we don't expect you to tuck into our wonderful main menu at breakfast time, although you would be most welcome to if you want to. Instead we've introduced a selection of breakfast dishes that are very Ping Pong without actually being scary first thing in the morning.
