Our dim sum is prepared daily and packaged in microwavable containers, it comes with easy-to-cook instructions in a specialist-chilled-product package which keeps your dim sum at the right temperature while is on its way to you. Your dim sum will arrive with 4 days shelf life, so you don't have to cook it all at once. Happy dim sum days!
