Summer of Chinese Health
We are so excited to announce our Summer Specials menu, in collaboration with Rhiannon Lambert. Rhiannon has worked closely with Ruby Wu, our Ping Pong dim sum master, to develop a delicious and good for the body Summer menu. The specials menu will be available across all eight of our London restaurants until the end of August.
The menu is made up of two dim sum, a Miso Aubergine Dumpling and Okra & Cod Dumpling, a Vegan Re-fresh Super-food Ginger & Miso Salad and a Coconut & Red Date Pudding. All can be perfectly paired with the Refresh Smoothie a delicious mix of Kale, Nashi Pear, Avocado, Ginger, Parsley, Lime, Apple.
